Rykie Smith is the founder of The Art of Wellbeing. She works with those who are ready for something to shift - and who want more than surface-level solutions.​​

​A registered psychotherapist, she skillfully combines the rigour of psychology, the insights of neuroscience, and the power of expressive therapies to transform how we approach mental health, performance and leadership.

With deep experience and a passion for challenging outdated models, Rykie offers support that’s strategic yet warm, science-informed, yet deeply human.
